Some Saturday OT. Flexibility required</p> <h2>Job Duties to Include:</h2> <ul> <li>Plan, layout, install, repair, and maintain complex electrical; and electronic production and plant equipment; lines and systems. Work from drawing, codes, specifications; operational, spare parts, and maintenance manuals, work orders, and instructions.</li> <li>Analyze electrical, electronic malfunctions, replace such parts as resistors, condensers, capacitors, transformers, control modules, logic circuitry boards, stacks, diodes, rectifiers, coils, transistors, load speakers; test, reassemble, and check out under operating conditions.</li> <li>Balance out electrical loads; maintain distribution centers, transformer stations, electrical and electronic circuitry, switchgear, over load protection, wire complex units. Install and wire auxiliary controls. Perform all electrical, electronic calculations, determine phase, voltage drop, inductance, etc. Make harnesses. Measure, cut, bend conduit, pull, terminate, and connect wires. Build control panels. </li> <li>Carry out assigned preventative maintenance programs.</li> <li>Plan and perform a wide range of mechanical duties involving machine and equipment installation, repairing, servicing, rigging, building utility maintenance work and related functions as called upon and as assigned by the supervisor. Adhere to a prescribed maintenance preventative program in upkeep of above.</li> <li>Respond to any emergencies in utilities or breakdowns of production equipment, etc.</li> <li>Use a variety of trade tools, gauges, measuring devices, and bench equipment and shop machines to perform the work.
